Villa Blanca is a popular community of 30 houses all surrounding the lovely pool (with large childrens´end).

The huge sandy Pals beach is less than 1 km as are the shops and restaurants. This beach is popular with families as it is so big but also it is great for windsurfers.

There is a selection of restaurants and shops between the house and the beach and also a large supermarket – all with in walking distance. The tennis club is a short walk (300m) which also has a restaurant and crazy golf, and Pals golf club is approx. 800m.

Combined lounge/dining room with private garden having access to communal gardens/pool, Kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/ freezer, dish-washer and washing machine and microwave.

First floor:
Two twin bedrooms with shared full bathroom. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The private garden leads to the communal garden and swimming pool (with children´s pool area).

There is street parking outside the house.
